"I was taking notes and he realized that I was trying to learn so he tried to educate me in the hour that he was here. He didn?t talk down to me, he took my questions seriously, and he answered my questions even though they were weird. He could tell that my husband and I were a bit at odds about this project and he was sensitive to that. I believe he said he has been doing work like this for 15 years. He gave me pointers about me how I could cut down on the expense; we could do some of the work and they would do as little or as much as we asked.
