If you need window treatments of any kind, Blinded by Delight is the business to contact. I used the description of "business" but they really treat you like family. We had a difficult corner in our Master Bedroom with strange spacing, etc. Erica was incredible in coming to a solution and we couldn't be happier with her, her service, the installer, and the company as a whole. I used to sew my own curtains but this area was too complex to wrap my head around, so I called the experts, referred to me by a friend who too had an amazing experience. So I would never tackle a job when I know I have Blinded by Delight as a place to go. If you are looking, stop and look no further. This company is who you want to take care of you and your home.

I called to schedule an in-home appointment and received an email with confirmation of the appointment and a picture of the sales rep so I knew who to expect. The sales rep, Mike, had lots of samples of what I was looking for and answered all my questions, providing pros and cons of the various choices. Blinds arrived and were installed 3 weeks later. The installer called when he was on the way. He did a great job and was very clean (I had no mess to clean up). I'm very happy with the experience and my new blinds.

This is the second time we have ordered wood slat blinds from Blinded by Delight so basically, they have done our whole house. We are very pleased with the blinds. Todd does an excellent job of installing and it was a pleasure dealing with Julie at Blinded by Delight. The blinds came in a timely manner and were installed as soon as they arrived. I would highly recommend this company!

The whole process went smoothly. Julie gave us excellent information and explained all the options. She was a pleasure to work with. We replaced old pull drapes and cornices in our bedroom with the power shades with touch rod. The room looks so much larger and more modern, and the lighting is lovely. We also replaced mini-blinds in kitchen and breakfast room with the power shades and that also it made a huge difference. I love playing with the touch rod. It took a while for the shades to come in after they were ordered and they are not cheap, but it was worth it.

Great! The price and installation of product was considerably less than what was estimated by a nationwide big box store. Everyone I spoke to - sales, measure, installation - was helpful, kind, and patient as I asked questions. I recommend Blinded by Delight and will use them in the future as I slowly replace my older blinds.

The entire team was very professional throughout the process. We were delayed by COVID 19 but were taken care of as soon as it was safe. It only took them about 2 hours to install shutters for 8 windows. They definitely have a system that works! The installer, Jorge, kept in constant contact with us as we tried to schedule an installation time. Would highly recommend them!
