They know how to communicate the issue, and guess what they were happy while doing there job. The pricing was more then fair and they are very honest. They never tried to upsell me. We have over 25 years of experience and are licensed by the state of Texas in Water Treatment and are fully insured. We do most installs in-house but have a sub-contractor that is very experienced do some installs for us. We do offer a 5% discount on new purchases to all veterans and military personal. We accept all major credit cards and do offer in-house financing with a down payment

And they still answer any questions I have after the install. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water softening or water purification."
