Had a softener installed at my place, on the coast so the water is terrible. After the install the sales guy, Ross Thull, tested my water and showed me the before and after. It was better but not where he wanted it to be due to my water being brackish. He recommended an RO unit to help get the remaining contaminates out and due to it being an unexpected upsale and him not having the unit with him that day he gave me a spectacular deal and even gave me a veterans discount. He came back a few days later, checked over all his previous work, then installed the RO and I was truly shocked at the difference in the water. I could literally taste it.
