He was more than willing to invest the time to help build my knowledge base. I saved couple hundred dollars by buying the parts myself, and then John installed them all next to my whole house water softener. The installation was quickly and professionally done. The price was $$ but he stands by his work. I would recommend him. The only improvement to our transaction is I wish scheduling was a little easier, and faster. "I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."
