I'm a small time landlord and I've used them several times, including for urgent issues when I was in a jam (ceiling water leak, broken toilet flange). They have availability quickly, they are flexible when working with me (if I'm not able to be at the property), they have reasonable prices, and most of all, I trust them. They are my go to for any plumbing issues in Houston. I've used them many times and I highly recommend. Shout out to Leo, he's done a fantastic job.

Truly a company that cares about their customers, first! We requested their service for a draining/toilet issue that we experienced shortly after purchasing property. They arrived on time & worked dutifully to identify the issue and give it their all to resolve the issue. Although they weren't able to resolve issue, due to the previous owner's design flaw, they identified the problem, gave it their all to resolve the issue, and offered multiple solutions. If you are looking for a plumber that is going to put you first, this is the company for you! Quality work for fair pricing.

Excellent service! I found them on Angi and noticed they had a coupon. I called their office to verify the details and see when they could do the job. All of the details sounded good, and they said they could do it the following morning so I booked it and claimed the deal through Angi. The next morning I received a call from the plumber, Junior, about an hour before he would be there to verify some details. He then called again to let me know he was 30 minutes out. He and his helper arrived right on time. They immediately got to work, and the entire removal and replacement of the water heater took 64 minutes. Outstanding! They were both extremely professional and courteous the entire time, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. I will definitely call again the next time I have plumbing needs.

Horrible - would never use this company again. Called company to schedule visit - told them specifically I needed two Moen shower cartridges replaced. Should have been about $50 per cartridge plus labor (cheaper if I would have bought the cartridges on Amazon). In any event, techs showed up and said they charge $350 per cartridge, and would have to drive to get them. Total would be $700. I said no way, but was still required to pay $49 visit. Company could have told me the charge on the phone before the visit. Would never use this company.

Needed my main sewer underground PVC pipe repaired. Scheduling and communications were excellent. Texas Premier Plumbing did a great job at a fair price. In fact, they were on the lower end of several bids. Very pleased with their services and will definitely use them again.

Ben and his team did a great job from start to finish. I needed to replace my existing water heater after it failed during the recent Winter freeze we experienced. The price estimate for a new Rheem water heater and labor costs was very reasonable. Junior and Sean did an awesome job and were friendly and professional during the entire installation process. I especially appreciated all their hard work in solving a difficult problem they encountered and their willingness to stay late and work through it so that I could have hot water by early evening. I highly recommend Texas Premier Plumbing of Texas.

It went okay. This is a rental house, they came out the same day I called. The only problem I had was getting the receipt with the breakdown of what was done. I paid over the phone to the main office the same day. It took about 5 days to get a copy of the written work order. Not very clear to read. This was emailed to me after I called several times over several days. It was funny that they could email me the credit card receipt the day I paid with no problem. I feel I should have been provided a professional readable breakdown with serial numbers etc, and not handwritten.

Excellent, arrived earlier than expected called first. Wore masks and bootees, cleaned up after themselves. Had to go get specialized part. Not only fixed leak but managed to get my tank to flush better than it has in itās 3.5 year history. Thanks.

Good: Tech was courteous, professional, informative. Worked quickly. Diagnosed quickly. Charged only for the trip even though he also attempted to auger the drain. Bad: Was late by < 30 mins. Primary reason I selected this company was the Covid-19 precautions stated on their page. Of these, only acceptance of remote payment and the wearing of a mask was done, and that after already standing at the door without one and seeing me wearing one. I'm at high risk for this disease and those precautions are important to me when I let someone into my home. I hope they adhere more strictly in the future.

I was very happy with the service. My hot water heater is under my stairs and the entry is narrow so the installers put a taller narrower hot water heater and it gave me a bit more space. They were very professional and wore masks (Covid safe). They came out on the day I requested and did a great job at a great price! Highly recommend!

During the evening we noticed some water coming out of our dishwasher and a clogged right sink - a few minutes after I placed an inquiry on Angie's List for Texas Premier Plumbing we got a call and were able to get an appointment for the next morning at 9am! From end to end service was impeccable. Richard was so personable, knowledgeable, and professional and even walked us through how he diagnosed the issue each step of the way. The next time I have a plumbing issue I will look to Texas Premier Plumbing only - they are the best! Fantastic customer service and they have earned a long-time customer.

From the very beginning Ben was extremely professional. He wore a mask and explained every detail of what he was doing and why. The sink no longer leaks and I was given detailed instructions on how to narrow down the cause of the leak which I have and will be calling Ben back to complete the work!!

Richard is very knowledgeable, professional and skilled. He first very quickly pointed out how to stop Kitchen leaking by twisting the faucet. Then he very carefully helped us to clean the clog in the AC main drainage. It was not a simple fix by flushing the water. The clog was a little stubborn. But he made everything flowing nicely again. Strongly recommend to call for help.

We recently had new granite countertops installed and needed a plumber to hook up the new faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Ben and his crew arrived and got to work quickly. Since we are also having new floors installed, he recommended they come back once that is finalized (and will honor the price quoted) to hook-up the dishwasher otherwise they'd have to come out again (which would result in paying twice) . I appreciated that information! They worked quickly and efficiently and everything was perfect. They also hooked up the new gas range top as well. Due to the remodeling work we're having done, I've had three different plumbing companies out in the last few months and by far this company was the best price and quality of work. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs! They were also one of the few to give a quote over the phone. Most places want to come out and charge a trip fee, which could be applied to the work if they do it immediately (in some cases), but it makes it difficult to compare pricing. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend to neighbors and friends!
