Everything went just fine as usual

There were a couple of zones that needed to be repaired. The water line had been cut, I think by the landscaper. There was flooding in one spot I didn't know anything about.  He found the problem, he was good, very thorough, and he did a good job. The price was very reasonable. He was good. I would definitely use him again.

Heard about John through another Angie's list vendor that I'd used. He and his team were excellent. They came out next day following call. By fanning out in the yard and using walkie-talkies they were able to compare notes on what they observed.  In each case they appeared to know how to readily resolve the issues encountered. One leak I brought to their attention for action, the other one they spotted via their walk around (and it was a gusher at the base of a tree).   I was very impressed with their service, professionalism and reasonable rates.

These guys are the best.  THey are honest, reasonale and great people.  I would hire them again in a flash

First, John reconnected my system to a working water line.  Then he systematically worked on each area repairing the leaks and problems.  The system now works again, and for a very reasonable investment.

After having two other sprinkler companies who came to my house,  and either not fixing anything or trying to say the whole system was mess up. John came in this morning with his crew,  fixed all our issues within 1 hour, program everything. Super professional, great job and did not try to take advantage like other sprinklers companies.
I highly recommend John to everyone wanting to repair or have anything to do with Sprinklers. His wife will reply and tell you he is busy but will call you day before he comes, he did exactly that and took care of business!

John and his wife are fantastic.  Would recommend this company to anyone.  I called and left a message and they returned my call within 24 hours.  One zone in my system would not turn off.  John's wife walked me through a couple of potential fixes over the phone in an effort to help me avoid a service call charge (this was much appreciated).  My problem ended up requiring a service call.  John was very very knowlegable and fixed the problem by replacing the valve internals instead of the whole valve (this saved a lot of time and money).  John fixed the problem very quickly, and used the rest of the hour to tune up the system.  He was very knowlegable, friendly and honest.  He provided great service at a fair price.  If I ever needed a new sprinkler system or extensive repairs I would use this company. 

He was fabulous. He gets an A+. The price was fair. He was informed. He knew what he was talking about. He was knowledgeable and professional. He didn't come in here with a question mark. Everybody was on time. He did the work in a timely manner. That all holds true for him. I'll give him an A+ on many parts here because it was a fair deal.

John called me the night before to let me know the approximate time he would meet me the next day.  He was prompt and took the necessary time to hear my concerns for inadequate watering.  John also told me the watering times I should use once the weather heated up later in the spring.  I have used Irrigation Resources for years and will continue to do so.

John was very professional and curteous.  He came out, looked over the patio and gave us an hourly rate that was very reasonable.  We already had purchased all of the hardware and materials beforehand from Lowe's and he promptly showed up at the time we expected him.  We next chose a date for installation and he arrived on time, with one additional helper.  John was very detailed oriented and asked us where we wanted the various sprinkler heads located within our patio.  He then proceeded to install all of the hose and heads - all the time asking us for our feedback.
Once the initial hoses were installed, he tested them to make sure they worked properly.  He then proceeded to add all of the other drip hoses as we saw fit - he was even willing to install a drip hose up the back side of our tree which connected to some hanging orchids that we grow.
When he finished, he cleaned up all of the areas where he and his assistant worked and then packed all of the leftover materials back into my storage bin where I keep all my plumbing supplies.
Based upon the price, professionalism and the kind and gentleness of John, my wife and I both thought we got a great deal - we will be forwarding John's contact information to many of our friends.

They were excellent. We have no complaints. We liked the crew, the consistency, the customer service, the quote and the response time. They were just all around very fair, hardworking and prompt in returning calls throughout the whole process.

Two years ago John had fixed my ancient sprinkler system that came with my new house purchase.  Last month the City of Houston did work on the sewer system of my block and left a mess in my front yard.  They came back and did a crummy job of replacing grass after many phone calls to the superintendant.  Well, unbeknownst to me, they had broken my sprinkler system!  John discovered that the water from the sprinklers was dumping into the street sewer.  No wonder my water bill had been outrageous.
He dug and trenched and replaced parts, all while keeping a smile on his face.  Charged me reasonably for his hard work and gave me a lesson on how to program the sprinkler box.
What a great guy!
