Wow is all i can say. James and shelly were incredible. Came out 1.5 hours after i called them and fixed my problem. Customer service pros. They know how to communicate the issue, and guess what they were happy while doing there job. The pricing was more then fair and they are very honest. They never tried to upsell me. Just fixed my problem. Look just skip the other companies and go with this one.

They came on 4th of July holiday, since we were out of water. Had new pump installed by afternoon and water working again. Very happy with everything.

I had to do this transaction by phone because I couldn't be there. It was an emergency as there are horses on the property. Mrs. Pate went to the site,met the man who looks after my property,and obtained all of the information they needed to replace the tank. She phoned me to give the estimate and even sent photos. They fixed it the very next day and even replaced other problem areas. They were extremely professional and did a great job,including clean-up. My neighbor recommended this company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. 77 Water Well,Inc. is a small family business that takes pride in their work and that matters to me. Very nice people,too!

James is exactly the kind of guy you want helping you with you well issues. He has been doing it forever, knows all the equipment old and new and is willing to take the time to explain to you what is going on and what does and doesn't need fixed. If and when my well is ever acting up again he is who I will call.
