They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. "This is one of the worst services I’ve had the displeasure of paying for. The pest control technician broke my gate. Instead of letting me know about it, he just stacked the pieces of the gate against the exterior of the house. When I discovered this, I submitted a claim with photos to Hawx for a replacement. They never followed up, even after I called and emailed them again. I would not recommend this service to anyone."
