Great first time experience! 
I called for an appointment at my new house and was schedule for two days later. The technician called me before my scheduled appointment time stated he was running ahead of schedule and could come an hour early if that was ok with me, how is that for good customer service! 
The technician was incredibly friendly and took the time to ask me about my specific pest control needs and explain everything he was doing along the way. 
Great job Bell County Pest Control, I will be recommending you to friends.

This is the second time using this company for annual pest spray. They are always professional when answering the phone and setting up a time that works for you. Chris came out both times and is always cheerful, professional, courteous and answers any questions I may have at the time. He remembered us from the previous appointment which is always nice that a company remembers there customers. He is never in a rush to get in and get out of a job, they take there time and do the job the way it is to be done. The receipt is always in detail with a price break down and a list of each chemical used and how much was used.

I was in need of a company to spray my yard for fleas since my neighbor feeds all the stray cats! Every other company I called charged double what Bell County Pest Control charged and required a contract! Bell County Pest Control was the only company that gave me the option to only pay for spraying outside as opposed to interior and exterior and they did not require a contract! They came out on time, Chris was VERY professional, their equipment was professional, he did a great job and wouldn't let me pay him until the job was complete to make sure I was satisified! I will be using them every month, but I like the option of seeing their work first hand before having to commit to a contract!

The man who does the work is Chris and he is excellent. He's very courteous and he always wears protection over his shoes. He's very punctual. I trust him around my home. That is very important to me because I have had issues with things being taken in the past with other companies.
I use them for both my home as well as my parents' home.

They were good.

I don't pay anything because I am military but I have asked him how much it would cost to spray outside to keep the pest outside and he was very reasonable. I think it was $45. They removed a wasp nest for us once. I had 2 and that's why I used them. The guy got stung but he continued to do it regardless. He knew I had kids and he asked me to keep them in. He got it and he removed the nest and I thought they were pretty good. I don't see any ants in my house so I know it is working. I think their price is pretty good. Their quality was pretty good and everything was great with them. Their punctuality is good. They take your number down and if they can come earlier they would call and ask you.
