I have no problems with them. There was a time when one of their techs was having a problem with his work and he didn't show up to his jobs. There was a couple of times I had a missed appointment because the tech didn't show up but that was a couple of years ago and I haven't had any problems with them since. They always arrive on time, within the time they said they're going to. The techs are very pleasant. They go back to do their job, leave a receipt and they do their job. They come on time and they're friendly. I'd give them all A's on everything.

In the past when they found evidence oft  termite corrosion, my home was retreated at no cost, other than the annual manitenanace charge, which is about $194

They came out and drilled a hole in the wall and filled it with poison and put bait stations all around the outside of the house.  They described how to maintain the lifetime guarantee.  They emailed the warranty and provided pamphlets about the treatment they provided.

They came out quarterly and told me to call them if I found any bugs or ant plies in the yard.  Every time they came, I would find fire ant mounds in plain site that had not been touched.  Then a month before I sold my house, I started finding carpenter ants in my bathroom.  They would come back out and treat.  The very next day the ants were back.  I finally called another exterminator company about the carpenter ants. After one treatment I did not see the ants again.  I was trying to sell my home and Terminix could not get the problem under control.  I will not ever use them again because of this.

They were responsive, prompt and professional. All the paperwork was in order but their prices were on the high end. The prompt service made up for it. I called several pest control companies, in the area, and Terminix responded first. One company only had voice messaging, on a week day, during normal business hours! They must have contracts and don't care about residential customers! I slammed them on their listing!
