OUTSTANDING!!!! This review is WAY overdue and that is my fault. Let me begin by saying that we have never had any kind of pest control servicing done until we moved here in 2008; therefore, I had no idea what to expect when I began calling around to inquire about having someone come out and begin treating our home. Upon moving into our home back in 2008 I came into contact with what I now know as a Texas Red-Headed Centipede and I immediately knew that I was not about to share my home with these critters, so I commenced to making calls. Most everyone that I called immediately began quoting what seemed to be a standard contract plan/price for I'm guessing anyone who called about having their home sprayed for bugs and such. It just seemed to be cut and dry with no regard to the person's individual issue/location, but at this time I thought this to be the normal. I called quite a few pest control companies as I always like to see what my options are and let me tell you that my conversation with Jeff at ACH was unlike any of my other conversations when inquiring about pest control services. First off, he spoke to me in a way that was comforting and genuinely caring. He was in no hurry at all and asked me what our issue was and our location. I told him about the Centipede and once he knew our location, he preceded to ask if we had seen any Scopions as that area is pretty much inundated with Scorpions. He listened to my fears/concerns and he then provided me with alot of information/answers. He quoted me with the charge for their service and then let me know that they do not have contracts for servicing and that they would come out quarterly and provide treatment. He also added that if we came across anything in between treatments that they would come out at no charge and assess/re-treat area. I knew right away that ACH was the right pest control company for us and decided to give them a whirl. Let me tell you that we continue to use them to this day. You know it seems that most people (me included) are quick to let people know when we are unhappy/dissatisfied with something and we fail to give our thanks and appreciation as often as we should. As I stated earlier, this review is long, long overdue. Everyone affiliated with ACH Pest & Termite deserves to be acknowledged as it is because of them that people like me are able to be comfortable in our homes. From that very first phone call back in 2008 to every phone call, text message, and personal interaction to date we have always felt that whomever we are in contact with at that time takes the time to listen to our concerns, determines a solution , and it happy to provide information/explanations for those concerns. All of the ACH technicians that we have encountered and that have come into our home have been very respectful/polite, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I apologize for this being so lengthy and I don't even know if I have fully conveyed our trust and appreciation in and for ACH Pest & Termite. I am a firm believer in reviews as I feel that the experiences of others says so much. For anyone looking for pest control and you are anything like me in that I absolutely DO NOT want to share my close living quarters with buggies/critters and that I am a bit skeptical of strangers coming into my home, then I hope that this review is helpful for you in your search. I could go on and on and on, but I know that I need to wrap this up. Thank you ACH Pest & Termite for providing us with outstanding service and peace of mind for the past 9 years and for the next 9+ years. I had a good experience. The best part is the friendly service and they are a knowledgeable company. The cost was like a hundred dollars for the first time and then when I go on a plan which I will, it will cost me $60 every time he comes out; so, it is not bad. They have a fair price.

Great service

I discovered termites in my garden area, so I gave ACH a call, they came out and did the inspection confirming my belief, looked to see if there were any other places they had gotten, and gave me tips for keeping an eye out for termites.  Two days later they sent out a couple guys to take care of the problem.  They always showed up early for the scheduled time, if anyone was waiting on anyone it was them on me.  They did a great job.

We had recently purchased the property and had a termite inspection done by another company, but approximately six months after closing we discovered termites around the garage doors.  ACH came out the very next day after I called and took care of the problem.  They made sure that I understood their warranty and that I didn't pay for any service that would not be to my benefit.  I will definitely use them for all my pest issues.

These people are the very best of any that I have used.

I haven't have any problems with them. If you did have a problem, they're willing to come out.

They are personal, courteous, friendly and responsive. There have been a couple of times when we had problems between our normal quarterly service and they came out and dealt with the problem right away. That was great. The work turns out good and they get rid of the pests.

ACH does my house and property quarterly or as needed, for instance if high wasp nest- they come no charge.  Great to deal with and very honest.

Very nice guys.  I have spoken to the same person on the phone several times and he is very nice.  I have interacted with 2 different technicians and they are very thorough and professional.

This is a commercial property and we had a previous pest control guy but he was not just showing up. SO I just needed somebody who can come in regularly and they said they could do it. They have a reasonable price and they did their job well.

My poor neighbor discovered the nest and thought the pests were bees. ACH responded very quickly to my call, identified the culprits as wasps, and quickly took care of the problem.

We purchased a home in Temple and they did the termite inspection. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do with the realtor and title company. Even though they only had to look for specific insects/damage, they were nice enough to let us know if they noticed anything peculiar regarding other pests. Great company. We will absolutely be calling them to prevent pests in our home.

I called ACH in Temple, TX because we moved into a ranch home in the country near Temple Texas and there were scorpions in the house and yard. I called around and ACH gave me an honest assessment, came out on time as agreed and gave us recommendations to increase pest control.  I called ACH a month later when we started seeing scorpions again (probably due to the change of weather) and the came out and re-sprayed at no charge and no hassle.  The treatments have been working

They are excellent. They have a personal touch. They don't charge extra to come out additionally. I have been with them for four years now. They were recommended to me by a neighbor.

We purchased a house that was entirely infested with all kinds of pests and they continued to come until I had no siteings and were satisfied with their service. This included moving my refrigerator on serveral occasions and removing wall accesses. They are very friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable in their field.
