Unfortunately another rodent got in due to some holes near the fireplace. It took a long time to get those repaired but once I did I asked DM to remove the dead animal from my wall. Joseph came out but never contacted me. No work was performed and I called the owner a couple of times to see when they could come back out. Each time, I was told that I should get a call soon to schedule the service. That never happened though. I'm disappointed. They were great when they actually did the work.
