The exterminator is friendly and the products they use work. The price is fair. When it rains the ants come back. All I have to do is make a phone call and they come to and treat again.

He did not even spray the garage until I asked him to, even though this is the area I told him was the biggest problem. I think his work outside was fine, I think the work inside was not. And he asked me to sign for the completed work and then when I asked if he had finished and did he do the garage he tried to laugh it off saying "I'm not done until I leave"

The representatives were polite and presented professional, but perhaps their 'special' was not at all special.

"We are sorry your unsatisfied with your service, but it does very clearly say "One time treatment" and "No warranty included" on the discounted package you purchased through Angies list. Ants live, and migrate under the ground. We treated all the visible ant mounds on your property, and had great results. Then you called back, nearly a month later, and said you saw one single new ant mound. Expecting us to come back out and retreat your home for free is a bit unreasonable in my opinion. As you said, we offer a quarterly service at $84 per quarter that would cover things like this. We offered this to you when we did the treatment. Instead you chose the discounted one time treatment special, which doesn't cover retreats. As to the claim of watering down our products, that's absolutely false. We use the absolute best stuff on the market. There is no such thing as an ant spray that last 6 months. You are misinformed on that subject."

The service was the best ever, even from the initial phone call to research who would be the best/easiest company to deal with. With all the companies available to service my area, I knew right away that this was the exterminator that would be taking care of my properties. They are very friendly and knowledgable. They didn't try to oversell me on things that I didn't need. They were very honest and seemed genuinely passionate with very good attention to detail. I highly recommend Advantage Pest Control to anyone looking for an exterminator, or anyone who has one and wants a better one. I get my properties treated quarterly and I will never go back to a national chain. Great Job!!!
