"They came over on a weekend the day I posted the request and gave me a quote to haul a bunch of limbs and other junk off. They called the day before they returned to confirm then showed up right on the time they said. Great job and great service."

"It went very well. The move was a little complicated. I had to be out of the old house on one day and then move the following day in order to have time to have the house cleaned up before closing the following morning. Army Ant worked with me on the schedule so that my belongings stayed on the truck overnight (this was an extra charge, which they included up-front in the quote). Once I closed the next afternoon on the new house, they drove the truck to the neighboring town (in the middle of Friday 5:00 traffic, I might add!) and ended up having to move in the dark. It was not the best situation by any means, yet through it all, the guys from Army Ant were cheerful and maintained a positive attitude throughout the process."

"I needed someone to haul off a large heavy sofa and a recliner. He responded to my search within minutes and we scheduled the pickup for the following day. He called me 20 minutes before arriving and within the hour my furniture was hauled off. He is polite and friendly, former military and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend."

It’s not difficult to dispose of wood pellet ash, but you should always let it cool completely before disposal to avoid it sparking a fire. If you’ve got an energy-efficient pellet stove, there shouldn’t be much to empty from the ash box, anyway. However, once the ash has cooled, you might consider composting it or simply adding it to your garden or plant soil. The ash is full of minerals, not chemicals, so it’s a wonderful fertilizer for grass and plants.

Professionals will ensure waste is sorted for recycling, thus reducing landfill impact.

There are several ways to dispose of excess sod, including building a compost pile, taking it to a green waste disposal facility, donating the sod, or reusing it in another part of your yard. It’s a good idea to check with your local municipality to see how to get rid of yard waste, as some areas have local regulations on what can go in the green waste bin. For example, your recycling services may reject too much soil added to green waste.

Environmental considerations include preventing leaks, avoiding soil contamination, and ensuring proper disposal of all tank materials in an eco-friendly manner.

To clean an estate, start by locating all important documents, which you’ll need to sort through. Have the mail forwarded, change the locks, and take inventory of the entire estate. Once you know what you’re dealing with, create a plan and a timeline for the cleanout. Start clearing out rooms and sorting items to donate, sell, or get rid of. Finally, deep clean the property.
