Simple Moving Solutions

We called for a last minute (same day) moving truck unload. Ray was super helpful and accommodating. We had a 12 foot truck to be unloaded and when we met the service provider, Jose, he indicated it should only take him about a half hour to unload. I thought that might be an underestimation but right around 30 minutes later, he called to tell us he was done! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely keep them in mind for future moves!

The crew was outstanding! Punctual, professional, and courteous. I can’t believe how they carefully got our household items packed into such a limited space. Nothing was damaged, and they worked hard until the job was done.

Excellent. Crew was extremely fast. We had two PODS to be unpacked on separate days. Each of them were completed in half the time we had prepaid for resulting in a credit to us.

Great! They loaded exactly what I needed loaded into a 16 foot POD and they were very careful to wrap and move my furniture and refrigerator. They were also able to utilize all of the space on the POD. They were pleasant and professional. My thanks to Alex and John for a job well done.

Wrong day, wrong time. Did not honor the $50 for ea additional hour. Owner very difficult to deal with. Showed up at UHAUL unannounced. Offered to drive truck and follow me. Then he wanted to charge me from the time he arrived at UHaul. His response was, "he didn't think I could drive the UHaul.".

Ray was going to be a little late but he sent his partner, Art, to meet me at the U Haul and off we went. Art was a very competent fellow and got after it right away. Ray arrived about an hour later. Several items were dropped off at the Goodwill before we took them to my home. It required 2 trips and a little more time than estimated. Ray did adjust the pricing because he arrived late. Overall a good experience. I'd hire them again.

These movers were incredible. They showed up punctually and when I needed a second U-Box to load all of my possessions, they went above and beyond to help me locate one, driving to three separate U Haul locations to deliver my first box, pick up the second, and bring it back to my apartment to load it. Throughout the entire process they were professional and courteous; it was clear my move was their top priority. They safely stowed my possessions, made sure I was comfortable with how the U-Box was being loaded and secured, and made paying for their labor quick and easy. They even contacted me to see how my move was going after their services had been completed!

Simple Moving Solutions did an outstanding job helping me get moved into the new house. They were on time and ready to work. They had the truck unloaded with all bedroom sets completed in a little over an hour. This is the first moving company I've ever used and from now on I will continue to use this company. Ray made the whole process easy and was very professional throughout the move. I highly encourage people that are moving to give Simple Moving Solutions a call!

they said they could do the loading in 2 hours and did it in 1 hour 45 minutes!! They were fast friendly and did a GREAT job!! I recommend these folks for any job (big or small) they were wonderful!! thanks Guys!!!

Ray was absolutely fantastic! Truly wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me move things from my mom's house while I was in Seattle. He was caring and kind and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and if I could give 10 stars, I would!

I received a phone call from, Ray, the owner of Simple Moving Solutions, almost immediately after scheduling my moving appointment online.  Ray was very professional on the phone, and he proceeded to gather all the details he would need to evaluate the amount of labor required for the job and time estimate. Ray takes a lot of pride in his company, and personally visits each jobsite prior to work beginning.  This is just so that he can evaluate any special needs.

I elected not to get moving blankets from U-Haul, but by the end of the conversation, Ray had convinced me that if I cared enough about the furniture to move it, I care enough about it being delivered to "point B" in good condition. After we had established a start time, Ray made himself available to me further, and offered his personal cell phone, so that he could be reached if there were any changes or if I had any questions.

On the day of the move, Ray and his team showed up 15 minutes before the start time. He walked me through his waiver/contract step-by-step explaining what all of the bullet points meant and what to expect from he and his team.  After we were both in agreement, they promptly begun work, and handled all of my furniture and personal effects with great care.

The job was scheduled for 2 hours, but Ray and his team finished it up early.  They even went as far as to help me with my "honeydo" list and took some items out to the dumpster for me, so that I could move out immediately!

Once the job was complete, Ray shook my hand, and we both jumped in our car.  However, my care wouldn't start.  Ray didn't skip a beat, he pulled up to my truck and helped me jump my vehicle so that I could take off!

I highly recommend Simple Moving Solutions and would use them again.  Ray is a professional, and handles himself and his company with pride and care.

Moving a family of five from one state to the next in less than two months is not an easy task. Because my husband and I were given such a short time frame to move, we had to pack and drive ourselves from one state to the next. We new we would need help unloading our items at our new home and so I found Simple Moving Solutions through Movinghelp.com.

The very first thing I noticed about Simple Moving is their customer service. They text me within hours of the reservation (which I did late in the evening). The text message stated thank you for contacting us and allowing us to provide service to you and we will be contacting you in the morning to review your request. To me this is a big deal because I've used other moving companies before and I was never contacted until a few hours prior to the move, if at all. True to the text Simple Moving contacted me. We went over my needs, prices and confirmation of dates. Because my family and I were driving a rented moving truck, I was honest with Simple Moving and gave them an approximate date and time. They were extremely accommodating. Upon our arrival to our new home, they were on time and ready to unload our items, which they did within the two hour window I had paid for. We ended up using Simple Moving for an extra hour. I should've planned ahead and didn't realize we would need many of our things placed in storage. Simple Moving once again did not disappoint; I asked if it was possible if they could help us move some of our items into our storage facility; they did not hesitate and helped.

My family and I will definitely be using Simple Moving Solutions again!
