"The moving crews on both ends of the trip were prompt, efficient, and courteous. This was a cross-country move, and it would have required several trips if we had rented a truck and moved ourselves, and the cost would have been almost as much. You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.
