The work was very nicely done. He was very expensive. The grout on the ceramic tile came loose fairly quickly. The floor buckled in one spot. I notified him of the issue on the floor and he did not come back to fix it.

Rick Bailey came to my home a day after I spoke to him on the phone. We received a free estimate, got a quote for the job. The crew showed up the next morning, within 2 days the job was completed. On time and on budget.

Someone was here to supervisor everyday.  That was someone that we could talk to and understand.  That was the owner of the company.  They were great.

He was reasonable and I liked his expertise.  He knew what he was doing and he was very professional.  He was here when he was supposed to and I will use him again in the future.

Rick had a couple of helpers with him on this job.  Everyone was great.  They respected our home and even tried keep the loudest part of their work down to a minimum on days when my two-year-old daughter was home for a nap.  There was quite a bit of messy demolition involved and, outside of the workspace, we hardly noticed.

The only criticism I can think to report is the project took a little longer to complete than scheduled.  However, it's hardly a criticism because I could tell the guys were taking extra time to make sure they didn't sacrifice attention to detail just to keep a schedule.  There was quite a bit of tile to install on the walls and floor, not something you want to have your contractor rush through.  

I feel that Rick provided us with an exceptional job and I'm grateful to him for his attention to detail on the project.  The value he provides and the ideas he draws upon from his extensive construction experience cannot be understated.

Rick's work was wonderful, thorough, and completely detailed.  He followed his plan exactly and the results speak for themselves.  People that had not been to our home prior to the new wall going in are amazed that the wall is an add-on.  It is not apparent that the 4th bedroom was not intended by the builder when the house was originally built.

I have extremely high attention to detail and Rick totally exceeded my expectations.

This job was a sort of interview for a larger bathroom remodel and we decided then we'd use Rick for the larger project when the time was right.

Mr. Oles was very courteous, punctual, and very professional. He completed his bid in about 1 hour. He emailed us the written bid proposal within 3 working days. I am eager to use his services.

The experience turned out good with them. It was a big job. He had fair prices and did a good job. It was in November and December and the weather was terrible but he always kept in touch and didn't really have any complaints.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Rick is very professional: We started with an itemized estimate and every week he would give us an update when we paid him. His crew was especially a bonus; if you hire him ask for Manuel Brunet for carpentry and tile work. Rick finished the job before the deadline and on target on cost. He was willing to look for plumbing supplies to make the shower ensemble we chose work, he shopped for good deals on the glass bricks and fan and light combination.

It was an excellent experience! I have not worked with a contractor before and Rick was very communicative about the work each step of the way. He provided an estimate of the work and gave me options on the level of expense that would be incurred based on the quality of the products purchased. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have seven dogs (Yorkies that are indoor dogs) and Rick was able to work with them, engaging their trust and integrated well with our family routine. This was certainly an added value! I enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him. I intend to use his services again as there are many repairs I need in my home. He even installed a in sink disposal for me that I purchased at no charge! He has a wonderful personality making it easy to work with him.

We really like Rick Bailey. We had him remodel our small bathroom last summer. He was really fast with what he did, and he kept the job site very clean. He did a meticulously good job, so we had him remodel our kitchen. He finished our kitchen, and now we are having him do our larger bathroom remodel. It is kind of moving along here.

Went well, I had others in past do some work and experienced a nightmare. This guy was here almost everyday just like he said he would. Workmanship was excellent, we had lots of tile and marble, so it was not easy.
