The job was delayed after the initial cleaning of the soil by the fact that the installer could not get high quality grass... he had to wait for the supplier to catch up with the demand. Understandable.

This of course, took a few days to complete and her crew always cleaned up the sidewalks at the end of each work day so there was never a mess around the house. I need to get a little more work done in other areas of my home and I will be contacting Jo Ann again when I am ready to do that.
"Thank you for letting me respond to this complaint. I did the job for a different name, I had to look up all the jobs done in March and this was the only one I'm thinking it could be, by the complaints of the weeds. If this is the same customer she asked if our company could remove weeds that overcame one bed and we did go and spray 2 times, customer was not home, but did tell her what we did. If a plant is sick or distressed usually you can tell immediately and our policy is if the customer notifies us even if the 30 days passed. As far as replacing plants, we have a 30 day guarantee on plants, with no questions. We are currently replacing 16 plants for a customer, job was done 60 days ago, but customer notified us right a way and this is no fault of ours nor the plants were not sick this is a big problem of the irrigation system, apparently was set wrong and plants were not watered nearly enough, but our company is replacing them. If something was dying we would have replaced it when we went back and sprayed 30 days later and then 10 days after that. Also, weeds are not a quick fix, it must be taken care on a regular basis to beat the battle and that was told to the customer. We have been in business since 1984 and we have a great customer based relationship reputation. We always try to resolve any problems, but this was done more than 6 months ago. Thank you very much.
