"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

Eric, Diego, and Robert did an excellent job and executed exactly what was quoted. They made sure to use tarps and mats that left no mess from their work and debris was taken from the site. A second plumber was called (AIM Plumbing--highly recommended) who simply and quickly unclogged the drain (for $300, not $3000 ha) and even showed me the grease that was blocking it. When contacted about his errant charge and diagnosis, Jerry couldn&amp;amp;amp;#39;t remember my case but refused to provide any discount for his poor service. A terribly wrong diagnosis + vendor memory loss = a very bad customer experience."
