Awesome. They offer very competitive pricing. Our master bath was quite large two 6’ vanities and four ledges surrounding the tub. They were on time and they were very clean. Everyone one from the office staff to the installers were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They actually deserve 10 stars!!!

Pretty painless. I bought the big deal, saving a good amount of money. They made an appointment to come measure and we picked out the color from a few options. They measured in just a few minutes, made an appointment for a few days later and came and installed it in a couple of hours. The end product was very beautiful and changed the whole look of our kitchen. Great experience. They did leave some gauges in the walls but I figure that's probably part of it. Nothing a little joint compound, some spray texture and some paint couldn't cover.

Everything went good till there was a problem after the installation. the bar part of the kitchen counter top was not secured properly and their was about 1/2 inch of movement up and down. I called Sublime and the manager said that it was put in according to industry specs. i asked them to come out and look at it and he said they couldn't come to look at it and fix it for 3 weeks as they had other customers scheduled. i had another counter top installer look at it and they told me it wasn't the best way to install it and that the glue that was used was not the right glue and appeared to be caulk. They fixed it correctly and only took about 1 hour. I was very disappointed as to the way the manager talked with me about the issue and his reluctance to even come and look at the problem for 3 weeks. Service after the sale is lacking.

The owner came out to do the bids on both homes and was pleasant and very knowledgeable. We got to pick out our own slabs of granite out of their yard at their showroom. That was the most fun part. Staff was laid-back, friendly, professional and easy to work with. They were prompt. Showed up and did what they said they would do. One employee drove all the way back across town when they realized they had taken a part of my Dad's faucet fixtures that needed to be re-installed. Make sure you clean out everything in the cabinets before they arrive, because everything gets dusty. They did a pretty good job at clean up, but messed up my floors a bit and their cutting skills on my Dad's island caused us to have to install an extra wood trim to cover their uneven cuts. I liked that they installed a bracket under the undermounted sink to hold it more securely. Most installers don't do this and you could end up with a sink falling otherwise over time. Their cost was reasonable. My counters were around $2500 with a new sink, and my Dad's around $2300 which includes tear out and hauling off of old counters. Would hire them again.

Awesome, great company. Installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Manager was responsive to small cosmetic issues and came back to make minor corrections the next day. Very reasonable price overall.

We picked out the granite top we wanted and then decided to replace the cabinets. They held the slab for us for over two months. They did an awesome job.

This is an excellent company, as evidenced by their website. Be sure and see their video on the remodel process, along with their experience in business. Shawn has built quite the operation. We initially contracted for about half of what we eventually purchased. There were a few glitches with the installation, but they were quickly remedied and the finished product exceeds expectations. The installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves like they were never even here. We would definitely use them again and we give this company an unqualified endorsement.

It went really well. I was very pleased with the results. They don't do any plumbing so you have to have a plumber to install the sink. They did some nice custom touches I requested and they are perfect.

Awesome!!!! I had never used Angie's List before but thought I would give it a shot since all my personal efforts to find a reputable contractor were exhausted. They were ON TIME every time and did an awesome job! They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves, my husband and I could not be happier! Total cost after add-ons was $2815 (we needed 7 additional sqft and anchors for the bar). I will definitely use Angie's List in the future! Proof is in the pudding!

Sublime did an excellent job installing our counter tops. The final touches and cleanup by Justin W. deserves a five star review and will get the company referrals by us.

I don't think that the project could have gone better. I purchased their deal on Angie's list knowing that my project would be larger than the offered deal. They came out and measured, used the Angie's List deal as my down payment. They then came and installed exactly on schedule. I went to work that morning with the old counter tops in place and came home to beautiful new granite counter tops (my husband oversaw the work that day). They did exactly what they promised in the deal and contract. We did have the plumber come out the next day and connect up the sink and dishwasher and our handyman connected the new stove top that this team placed into the island. Overall, we were very please with how smoothly this particular project went and will definitely consider using them again when we look at replacing bathroom counter tops.

I was a little worried about the special offer that I would not get a top quality job. The boys showed up at 10:00, after a "heads up" call, stayed until 7:30, cleaned up after themselves and left me with beautiful kitchen counter tops. They were easy to work with, made changes without complaint to some seams- I could not have gotten a better job if I had paid twice the amount. I would highly recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Initial meeting and contact was fine. Installation was fine. Price was a bit high.
I found Greg to be quite smug. Did not respond to morning emails on a Friday so could not schedule my install till the next week, which was another two weeks out. Only responded when i emailed through Angies' List on Monday. When we actually did speak, he was completely unapologetic about not getting back to me. Greg came across completely indifferent and complacent. The other office staff were friendly enough.

I was surprised when my tenant texted me a photo on 3/21/16 showing the undermounted sink in the master bath had fallen off the granite counter underside into the base cabinet. However, I was sure the prior good service I received from Sublime would see us through. In fact, I also suffered a kitchen sink that detached from a granite counter about 4 years after I remodeled my own kitchen. Those installers cheerfully reattached my sink. So you can understand my concern when Greg, who took my call to Sublime the next day, suggested he had no record of installing my sink, and even if he did, Sublime's warranty is for only 1 year. After some discussion and to his credit, Greg he did contact my tenant, said 3 weeks was the earliest he could get to it, and said he would waive the $275 reinstall fee. After 3 weeks, Greg set up a time for the install, and I sent email to Greg and the tenant asking for some feedback from the installers as to why the install failed, and what could be done to prevent a similar failure of the reinstall. Apparently, Greg was angered that I would suggest changes could be made to prevent future failures. He emailed back, said he changed his mind and would not reinstall the sink, and I should find someone else to do it. So I sent Greg and email with a website of a kitchen / bath remodeler in the Dallas area that said, "Falling sinks after a granite install is something I get calls on all the time and it is easy to prevent, but many granite installers don?t bother to do it. It is a 5 minute item that should always be done if you have an undermount sink. So if you are planning on installing granite then make sure this is done ...." Here's the website: http://www.infiniteconstruction.com/granite/fixing-that-undermount-sink-that-fell-from-under-the-granite/ The contractor goes on to describe how you can use wood blocks to truss the sink securely in place so the weight will never break the adhesive. If you Google "falling undermount sinks" you will get 66,000 responses, so obviously this is an issue. Further research will show that sink installs can fail because: 1) the granite was not completely cleaned of stone dust prior to adhesive application 2) the adhesive was not properly applied 3) the adhesive was not properly cured 4) the sink was not properly cleaned before adhesive application The above list is fairly intuitive, and 100% under control of the installer. But from my first contact with Sublime Stone they insisted only an immediate failure of the bond would indicate a faulty install. Twice now I have had the experience of an undermounted sink falling off a granite counter years after the install. One installer made it right, but Sublime Custom Stone did not.

demolition of old top caused some wall damage that could have easily been avoided. The new top was installed and looked great - the seam where the pieces joined was almost invisible. The top did not have the 1/2" rounded corners we requested. It didn't take long for the joint to separate and when I called they sent someone out to fix it. He said it was't done right the first time but he felt he had it fixed. In August 2015 I contacted the office to tell them the joint had separated again and questioned whether the corners could be rounded (I feel they are a threat to my 2 year old grandson). They said they work could be done but I would have to pay because the warranty had expired. They recommended I contact the owner if I felt the warranty should cover this. I called the owner but he was getting ready to meet a client and told me he would call me back when he was through - that was 5+ months ago. I sent several e-mails messages with my phone # but no reponse.
