Royal Plumbing has provided award winning service to Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. Our technicians are licensed by the State of Texas, insured, bonded, drug tested and background checked. We come to your home for a small diagnostic fee starting at $39.00 (fee is based on location and time of day ). Our technicians will do a thorough examination of the problem and will give you a "Straight Forward" price with options before any work begins, so you will know exactly what it will cost and what is going to be done. We offer a maintenance agreement that is designed to help protect your home and save you money. Our staff is on call 24 hours to take your calls whenever you are in need

That was not the first time I’ve used them. Everything is superb. They are always timely when they say they are going to be here, they’re here at the exact time they say they are going to be there. The work is completed in exactly in the time frame for amount they said it would be.

Faucet would not shut completely off. I tried to replace but could not get it off. Shower kept dripping enough to fill a bucket over night. They were prompt and courteous, used drop cloth on my carpet when he had to cut into the wall and sweat the pipe. He wore protective covers on his shoes while in the house. We discussed everything that he would have to do and pricing. He did everything we covered plus checked the rest of my plumbing in the house. I am very happy with the work completed.

Wonderful folks from start to finish. Prompt professional and on time! The price was fair and the work was done on time and as promised. They made an appointment with us that was good for us and not just them. It was refreshing to see customer service back in this industry again. Will use them again! Joel couldn't have been more courteous or professional. He listened to the issues we were having and asked great followup questions. We highly recommend this company and commend them on their fast response on a Saturday. Also, it's nice to have technicians like Joel responding to our issue.

After getting a call from my tenant that the water heater was not working my property management company called their preferred plumber. They went out and assessed the situation, re-lit the pilot light and recommended a new water heater at $1000.00.
I called Royal plumbing after looking them up on Angie's list and scheduled a second opinion. They went out and also assessed the situation, the plumber noticed a piece of glass was missing to protect the pilot light from drafts, replaced and the total charge was $44.00. Great deal. Took them a while to unclogged because there are some issue on the drain on the city side. They then used a camera (free of charge) to check what it is that is clogging and found some anomaly on the pipe - you can see the tip end of the pipe which you should not see if it all straight connection. Also found grease that accumulated which have cause the stoppage. Joel called the city to get them to check their line and they did but we all know about the city workers ---- couldn't find any clog because Royal plumbing already unclogged it..so they just told me to call them when the drain backs up again.
Seems like my issue is with the line on the city side so next time I have the same problem, it will be the city's turn to get it fixed.
Joel also called me the next day to ask how did it go with the city...nice guy...
Kudos to Joel and Royal Plumbing and will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs...except if the issue is with city drain ;)

"Service was provided to [removed member name] on 3/22/13, we received this rating on 1/14/15. [removed member name] was called the same day we received the rating and asked what his reasoning was that we had not heard anything from him concerning our service for almost 2 years? [removed member name] said he was upset that when he called our office at 3:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon that the only thing we had to offer him that day was after hours pricing which increased our dispatch fee from $39.00 (regular business hours dispatch) to $89.00 our after hours dispatch the cost of material and labor stayed the same."
