Frank Cabrera was our plumber and he and his assistant did an amazing job to our whole house rebuild. They were very professional, thorough, and meticulous. Installation went fine. We had another sink that was difficult and they were coming back to take care of later. Haven't heard back from them yet on that. I don't know if I was suppose to call them back or if they were going to look to see if they could find a faucet and handle that would work. Not your everyday faucet and handle set up. They did say they could help find one and order it. I probably dropped the ball on that and I need to follow up with them.

Got an estimate and 2nd opinion on a water heater. Friendly, professional, courteous and wore booties to protect my floors!

I have used Smart Plumbing for years. They are friendly and come when they say they will. I always request one plumber in particular (Gary). Gary knows his stuff and is super efficient. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and how he is going to fix it. And he will answer any question you have. For my last plumbing issue he also suggested things we could do at the same time (raise the shower head, since we were having to open the wall to fix the plumbing behind. Our house is an old house and the shower head was really low) and he did it at no extra cost. I have had other guys come from Smart plumbing and they have been on-time and professional, but I stick with Gary when i can.

They are very good. Anytime I have a problem, I would call them. I would rate them excellent on everything. They are just excellent and very nice. The service people are extremely nice and everything is great.
