Great sales people and the installation was fantastic. The cost was a little more than I expected but there weren’t any surprises.

Great company. They were able to match the wood floors in our house after removing carpet in two bedrooms. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good communication during project scheduling and installation. Installers moved all furniture, did an excellent job and cleaned up all dust and left over materials. Highly recommend this company.

Its not uncommon for home improvement projects to run into snags. What is important in those instances is how the problems and issues are handled by the contractor and his team. I give John 5 stars for communication, follow through, and making things right in the end.

It wasnâ t a simple job. The floor had to be refloated because of water damage to it because of the Feb 2021 freeze. Having them come out to my home with all their samples made the choices easier to see if they would work or not with our decor.

I needed my walk in closet carpet replaced within 1 week and they worked hard to make that happen. The salesman went out of his way to find carpet that would work and have it installed by my deadline. They are the best and I would highly recommend using them for any kind of flooring projects.

I am very happy with my new bedroom and wine cellar floors. They look great and are holding up nicely with my 2 dogs. Not a scratch to be seen! I think it is great customer srvice when the installers will help you put a rug down before moving the bed back in place. The follow up visit before collecting the remaining balance is something you very rarely see anymore. Super Thrilled!

I was VERY happy. The owner called me personally both pre and post-install. The crew that showed up to do the work were solid professionals that did excellent work and were extremely helpful. I was VERY happy!

Overall a good experience. We like our carpet. Matches our house well. Customer service - -- My contact inside was great. Called regularly to check on us before during and after the job. -- Salesperson - good guy. Typical sales speech. He helped us get to our overall desired outcome. Installation -- furniture moving was kinda iffy at times but nothing was broken or destroyed. Make sure you prep before and stay with them to get everything moved back especially if you got a lot of stuff. -- They wanted to finish in one day so that moving the furniture base was at hurried pace. -- Installation went well. So far we are happy with the carpet and the installation. We do have some touch painting that will be required, but...I expected that. I would hire them again.

Good price for product. Installed worked his tail off. Some minor damage to walls and baseboards, and I needed my painter to follow up carpet install with some touch ups.
