Within a month, our well again was flooding well house and should have been covered under their warranty. We called multiple times and finally connected to be serviced. That day came any went without anyone showing up or calling to reschedule. Follow up calls got us nowhere until I left a message that if I didn?t get a callback, I would place an honest review on the bad service and unprofessional message from them. The well guy called back with excuse everyone at company had flu and to go ahead and leave a negative review. So here it is. They are quick to get out and make a buck but not follow up on any issues thereafter under warranty. If the well guy would kindly correct this situation, I would in turn follow up with a positive review of them correcting a situation for a customer. "

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
