"Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair."

"Locating the leak was completed efficiently...nice guys. The price to replace two small PVC connectors was unreasonable (>$325). Had competitor complete the repair for less than 1/3 of the estimate, billed for one hour (replacement, test, and re-burial)."

"Aaron & Brian came to pump out my septic tank. They couldn't find the lid but never gave up till they found it. They got the tank pumped out, cleaned, new lid and chemicals to use to keep the inside clean. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend this company for any repairs that they can do to help you out. Thank you again Aaron and Brian!! Y'all Rocked!!"

"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Plus, the price was more reasonable compared to "the big shower remodeling companies""
