Excellent in all areas. We have done business with John McClaren and his team for several years and have always been treated professionally and fair. Whether it is purchasing a new vehicle or trading in a vehicle or getting a vehicle serviced their team is by far the BEST to work with. They are fair and genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealer and its service center to anyone.

Very quick service.

We looked a many vehicles in our search for another car. John McClaren Chevrolet was the dealership we visited first and I must admit they set the bar rather high for other dealerships (of the five dealerships we visited, this was the only experience I would consider good). I contacted them though their website after finding a Lincoln Towncar we were interested in. The salesman that worked with us was very hands off. He let us know that he was available if we had any questions and simply provided keys for vehicles we had an interest in. We test drove three cars on our first visit, the second vehicle was suggested by our salesman after we returned . Two weeks later we test drove the Impala that we ultimately decided to purchase three weeks later. I would have to compare them to the hands off approach that Saturn dealerships once demonstrated, before that model line was canceled. Although that does not approach does not encompass the asking price for their vehicles, as that is negotiable, as it is with most dealerships.
I would definitely consider John McClaren Chevrolet if looking for a used car. But, keep in mind that my experience is exclusively with the used car side of their sales team. I'm afraid that I had no interaction with their new car sales team. Though I would hope that their sales practices are the same.

The staff at John McClaren is outstanding! Whether you are in the market to buy a vehicle or have one serviced, they are the most professional and honest staff in town. It's a real pleasure dealing with them.
