The initial visit to test the refrigerator went well. Jeremy was very thorough. Then once the new compressor was ordered and delivered from LG, they were scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Multiple texts that "He will be there today". Was a complete no show. Then Tuesday morning after several attempts to confirm when Jeremy would come out to finish the job... nothing. They ghosted us. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt... but this was just blatant disregard to finish the job that they were hired for. Would strongly discourage using their services. Getting ghosted in the middle of a job is very poor service and shows bad character.
