"The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions."

"This service is not what I was expecting. When I went to the Lewisville office was sitting in a visitors chair in an office. When I entered, she made contact and sat back down as if I was an unwelcomed visitor.. Great customer service? I would never recommend this local service to anyone. In fact, I am planning to drop a friendly note at locations that this branch is servicing because they need to know that they can get better service/quality elsewhere. "This was a referral from a neighbor, and not booked through Angi. Parker and his team gave us a quote to rebuilt our gutter drainage away from the house and to replace grass with rocks on the side of our house. We were lucky to fit into their schedule and the team was out here within 2 days of agreeing to move forward. And, their work was exceptional. They went above and beyond in moving the drainage much further away from the house than was expected, and their rock work was also top notch. Parker also followed up several times to make sure we were happy and has offered to come out and remedy any issues we might experience. 100% recommended.!"
