The Doctor came and applied treatments and the Mulberry came back to life in a matter of weeks. The Doc knows what he's doing!

They were very knowledgeable. They were slow to respond. I would consider contacting them again just because they seemed very knowledgeable. But, again, he was kind of slow to respond.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about trees. He discovered several areas on my property that need attention and told me how to self treat them if I wanted to, or he can have someone come out and do it for me. His prices are very reasonable.

"[Member Name Removed]. I responded several times and apologized. We had a death in the family and though we all knew she was I'll, we expected her to live much longer. I offered to assess your trees at no charge on any day you requested. You did not respond to me but instead posted a complaint. I find that very frustrating. I will make sure you get your refund. Frankly at this point, I would not like to be your arboristbdue to the poor way you have handled this."

I find their prices to be reasonable. They're reliable. I've got one tree that shouldn't be here and they were able to save my tree. They've done a wonderful job.

Cody responded to my call about treating an ash borer infestation in two trees in my backyard. I was waiting for another service to treat them and decided to call another arborist because I had waited over 10 days for the first service to call to schedule the treatment after the initial diagnosis. Cody seemed very professional and knowledgable and described the same treatment option the other provider had described, which required injecting a poison into ports drilled into the tree. Then he said there was a new, simpler trunk spray he could use and that it would be only $100. He said he could spray the trees and follow up in a few weeks. He asked if he could email me an invoice because he didn't have any in the trunk and I said it would be fine. I never received an invoice or any response to my attempts to contact him by email or phone after the service. My trees are now in severe decline and I will probably lose one or both of them. I have no other choice but to assume I was scammed.

"Hi [Member name removed]. I'm am a professional arborist. I will happily refund your money though to be clear no services were warrantied. You had wood boring beetles in your trees and significant dead limbs to which insecticides are not effective. Those dead limbs were to be removed. Injections would not have been effective either. Your trees need multiple treatments per year along with fertilization services to improve vigor. We regret that we could not save your trees but do not recall the follow up calls you mentioned. We are not a scam. We are licensed, certified arborists and though we save the majority of trees we care for, there are times when we lose trees."

I love him. He is one of the only arborists around. When we moved here, we had a big, old, beautiful oak, and I knew the tree was ill, and he came out, and proceeded to tell me that we were probably going to loose that tree. He has worked with the tree for the last 6 years, it is still thriving, it is still living, and it is going strong. He has been able to save this tree and I have recommended this company to several of my friends, who have needed trees trimmed, or saved. I can't praise him enough, he is wonderful. He is even shocked that he could save it. I saw him 3 months ago, and I will be seeing him again in the spring. I have a whole patch of beautiful oaks, and he services all of them. I never have a problem with his cleanup. I have dogs, and he lets me know that he is here, he takes care of everything, and then he lets me know when he leaves.

He takes his time to explain what he is doing and if there is additional work that needs to be done. His estimates are easy to understand and at a fair price. Always a job well done. We have used him for over 4 years and will continue to use him.

I have been using him for about 4 years and he is reliable. The service he provides is right on the money and he is not exorbitantly expensive. He is very knowledgeable and I would trust him with anything. He gets top honors for everything. When we moved in these trees had not been taken care of and they were in dire straits. He has absolutely made everything marvelous. I will use him again in the future.

They were magnificent. He is certified and is the master arborist. They did wonderful things with my trees. They saved one tree which was bid and I thought wouldn’t make it. I would recommend them. His name was Courtney Davis. I would use them in the future.
