They go above and beyond to make our entire experience wonderful. Professional and polite, they work from the ground and from up in the tree, carefully removing only what is needed to make our tree healthy and able to handle strong storms and icy winters. They would not split the wood I wanted and charged a very high price although they are supporting a large crew and have a lot of equipment. They did get a very large tree down and cleaned up in 1 day."
