More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. "West Shore worked on three areas: 1) Shower replacement, 2) Window replacement, 3) Door replacement. 1. Shower: Paul, the master plumber, and Juan, the installer did a tremendous job. Paul let me know every detail regarding the plumbing and asked for my okay to proceed. Juan did an amazing job removing the old shower and putting in a beautiful new shower. I was impressed by the quality and timeliness of the work. They did a great job and were done in one day. 2. Window replacement: We had 6 windows replaced; 3 in the living room, 1 in the kitchen, and 2 in the upstairs master bedroom. Ryan had the lead on the windows, and although he wasn't talkative, he kept me informed all along the way and answered my questions. 3. Door replacement: We had the front door replaced. Autumn had the lead on the door and did a superb job. Her attention to detail was above and beyond and we now had a door that is both beautiful and functional. As a side note, our salesperson, Mark, helped guide us through the initial process and was always available to answer questions (even after the install).
