"After a "High Ball" bid from another plumbing company for a main sewer pipe replacement due to a permanent clog, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Francisco, who offered to come to my home that afternoon for a free second opinion. I was impressed by his sincerity and apparent honesty and immediately accepted his proposal at much less than half the "High Ball" quote. We in desperate measures due to not being able to use our sewer to wash,clothes,bathe, toilet, etc. Francisco had a crew on-job early the next morning, and we were free to use our water, etc. in less than 48 hours from the time of the estimate.
