"They were a bit more pricey compared to another provider but had better reviews so decided to go with them. The process was very smooth, the installers showed up promptly and completed the entire install within 5 hours even though it was raining heavily. However after they left the unit stopped working and I had to call them. They sent the same installers back to the house and he noticed the primary drain pipe was clogged so the system had auto shut-off. He spent another hour unclogging the pipes and everything is working fine since then. Staff were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left."

"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall.
