However, I gave them a C rating because I called for an estimate on another job.  They came out and were going to email me the estimate.  After almost a week, I called and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet.  I have never heard from them.  I wasted time waiting for their bid, thinking that if it was reasonable, I would go with them since hey did a good job on the faucets.  I will not call them again for anything. "

Every person we worked with throughout the process were great. This included customer service on the phone, the service advisor, 3 AC installers and the electrician. It took about 3 days (off and on) to have all the work completed but we knew exactly when they were coming and they were always there on time. They even sent an email ahead of time with pictures of the technician coming to your house. Highly recommend this A#1 company."

"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000.
