Brandon and his crew did an exceptional job repairing our plumbing. We bought a house and within two month of living there we had a main water leak under the foundation. He was quick, efficient, and most importantly honest. He had a team out digging almost immediately and he was there next day to perform the repair. I’m currently healing from Achilles surgery so being without water was a hassle and his was heartfelt and understood. The digging was less than anticipated so he called me explaining the bill would be lowered due to that. Most companies would’ve never mentioned that and just pocketed the money. If you’re having plumbing issues I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company. They have a customer in us moving forward for sure!

Brandon did an excellent job diagnosing our plumbing issues. He carefully isolated our entire sewer system to find the full extent of the problem, which gave us a clear and accurate estimate before any work began. We had to call a plumbing company last night to clear a backup in the washing machine drain. We decided to call Authentic Plumbing Solutions out of Rockwall since we used them one other time in the past and their service was great. Brandon and Dakota cleared the drain and checked the other secondary and main lines to make sure there were no other blockages or issues. They were very professional and efficient. They took the time to explain the problem, how they made the repair and was and even sent camera videos to our email. I highly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions. Give them a call! Anita

Iâ  ve hired one other plumbing co to do a similar job but would NOT use that co in Hunt county ever again. Authentic was very expensive but Brandon and Devon got the job done and did exactly what they said theyed do. I recommend them highly.

Excellent quality work that was executed promptly and professionally.

Very friendly, but showed up late. I work nights so when they called I woke up waiting on them. They said 30 minutes but end up being more then an hour. Got the job done.
