We were impressed and planned to hire him regardless, but after waiting two weeks for his quote, we instead received an e-mail stating that he was not going to be able to do the job, despite the fact that we were months out. We asked why he was not going to quote the project and even asked if there was anything particular about the scope of work that he was concerned about, but he would not response. Courtesy would have dictated a phone call, but it seems everyone hides behind e-mails or text messages. So much for customer service."

They stained our older deck wood to match the new and it is beautiful. They also stained part of our garden house and extra boards for us to fashion a gate for the deck. I decided to go ahead with the work, and we set an appointment that was good for both of us. Excellent communication in verifying the appointment and asking if we had any concerns. Everyone showed up on the appropriate date, despite the lousy weather. Work commenced without incident, and was done in three days, as predicted by Raul.
