We asked why he was not going to quote the project and even asked if there was anything particular about the scope of work that he was concerned about, but he would not response. Courtesy would have dictated a phone call, but it seems everyone hides behind e-mails or text messages. So much for customer service."

They stained our older deck wood to match the new and it is beautiful. They also stained part of our garden house and extra boards for us to fashion a gate for the deck.
