We were impressed and planned to hire him regardless, but after waiting two weeks for his quote, we instead received an e-mail stating that he was not going to be able to do the job, despite the fact that we were months out. We asked why he was not going to quote the project and even asked if there was anything particular about the scope of work that he was concerned about, but he would not response. Courtesy would have dictated a phone call, but it seems everyone hides behind e-mails or text messages. So much for customer service."
