From the time I received an estimate until the work was completed, I was impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail which was exhibited. Jesse noted when conducting the estimate that the protective screening behind the gable vents needed replacing as it was very old and brittle. He replaced it with a commercial product which will keep critters from seeking shelter in the attic. The prep work prior to painting was carefully executed which is vital to the paint job lasting. They power washed the house and the pergola, cleaned the roof, replaced some boards that had wood rot, and sanded many areas before hand brushing on the two coats of quality paint. Decorative iron work and some stucco were painted as well as exterior doors. Once they finished the work, the areas around the house were policed by Jesse to be certain that the work was completed to my satisfaction and that the yard was left clean. The end result is beautiful and will last for many years."
