Express did an outstanding job! They constructed a covered patio with two screen walls and motorized screens, and I couldn't be more impressed. They provided affordable payment options and didn't charge me anything until the job was finished. They also handled my HOA engineer's report and the city permit for the project, which is known to be one of the most challenging permits to obtain.

Express Sunrooms did such a good job. The workers were clean, fast and ontime. The sales person said it would take 2-3 days and he was spot on. The heat, unfortunately, took a lot out of the time they had to do the work. But they really didn't let it bother them too much. I think I was more worried then they were. GREAT JOB!

We wanted to extend our outdoor living space by adding on to our existing concrete patio, stamping the concrete and adding a pergola. It was important to us that the end result looks seamless and not like an add on. We started calling companies to give us quotes but quickly learned that many companies could only do one part of what we wanted. Then we called Express Sunrooms and they could handle it all, they even were able to install the aluminum railing on the front and back of our house. After interviewing many contractors, it was a no-brainer when Express came out to give us a bid. They required no money out-of-pocket until the job was completed and were satisfied. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a company for a roof replacement. Rene with Express Sunrooms of San Antonio is the best in the business. He's upfront and honest!! His team is top notch and very efficient. They always go the extra mile. They found issues that were not covered in our insurance assessment and took care of it.
