So, dealing with Alfred was a breath of fresh air. He gave me a fair quote (though not the cheapest), but the best part was that he was able to fit me in the very same day. He did such an excellent job that I have always remembered him, so was delighted when I found out he and his wife had their own floor store. They have a fantastic selection (too much in fact making choices hard). Miranda was so helpful.
