"Do not recommend for bathroom remodeling (or perhaps for nothing at all). Made big mistake contracting with them for bath remodeling. It took forever, not even close to the promised date. Amateur job, poor craftsmanship. Did not provide minimum advice. Owner provided close to zero advice of items necessary to install. Lots of mistakes during the course of the job. No supervision of job done by people working for him. Some of them truly beginners with not experience. The tilers not even protected my house floors, I had to take care of making sure they didn't stain them. It was a truly mess for many many weeks. A nightmare. The grout of shower is already turning yellow after a couple of months. Very unprofessional. Ultimately the cost was the same as any major contractor but with very poor results. Do not recommend at all! Just to provide a couple of examples see disaster made by one of them just to install a handle in a drawer! . Also pictures of caulking that started cracking the next day they left."

"I hired Robles Renovation to install tile flooring in my first rental home. Initially, he had to postpone the project due to cold, wet weather—showing that he prioritizes the safety of his team. His pricing was fair and realistic, unlike other contractors who quoted me $2.50 per square foot for removal and $4.50 per square foot for installation. The quality of his work was excellent, though it took some time to complete. As with most projects, you can typically choose only two out of three—affordable pricing, fast work, or high quality—but not all at once. Robles Renovation delivered on affordability and quality. He handled the tile removal, hauled away the debris, and was easy to work with throughout the process. Once the tile project was finished, he also offered to paint the entire interior. "Excellent! Manor came out and did the estimate which was a less than the competition - M G Floors is on Angie's List. We opted to use tile that looked like wood on the 1st floor - house is just under 3,000 sq ft. My sister and neighbor did the same with tile due to their dogs. No more scratched wood floors and they are perfect. New carpet and thick pad for. second floor and it looks and feels great! Miranda is the manager/owner along with Manor and she walked us thru everything, time frames, etc. Two crews - one for carpet and one for tile. Both were timely, accurate, cleaned up after the project, etc. M G Floors has an excellent showroom on Anderson Mill Rd east of Hwy 183 which also helped us decide. Worth the trip.
