BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They will take your money and everything will seem great but they will ghost you as soon as something goes wrong! And something will go wrong!!! Their materials and installation seem affordable and look nice for the first couple months but the "extremely durable" LVP floors start to warp and look like they will pop up at any moment. I paid $21,000 for my whole home to be completed and I'm not even done paying them off and I am fuming!!!! The man that handles the claims (limmy [Provider Name Removed]) is extremely incompetent and told us twice he filed a claim for us and when I talk to the woman that answers the phone she has no record of it!! We had a whole conversation with him and he thought we were a totally different customer and just seemed so confused and kept saying he was the only one that handles claims and so we were patient for the first 4 month, but this has been going on since September and it is now March and there has been ZERO progress!!!!!

The crew was very polite and skilled.

Installers showed up on the day they were scheduled. But they did not finish the job. Additional workers came the next day to finish installing the floor. They moved all furniture and re-positioned it where I wanted it. They even installed new toilets at no extra cost to me. I will call them again if I need work on my outside porch.

The installers did a great job and were very helpful. Flooring was a little expensive.

The team sent for the installation were very professional and took the time to discuss their progress and when any concerns came up. Great communication.

You get what you pay for.  They were the cheapest used quick installation as a high pressure selling point.  The installation took twice as long as required. I know this, because it was not the first time I had the installation performed with identical flooring. They attempted to schedule a second visit to complete a job that other professionals would have completed in 3 hours.  I am not sure if the final straw was when they broke the toilet plumbing or when they failed to show for the second scheduled appointment.  In the end, I completed the job by manual installation of the molding.  My frustration with the company at that point, left me with little trust in their abilities.  It is a shame too, because I have other flooring work that needs scheduling.  I will definitely be using a different company.
