He did such an excellent job that I have always remembered him, so was delighted when I found out he and his wife had their own floor store. There are so many flooring stores to choose from in Austin but I wanted to use one that I knew would still be in business for a long time and would give good service. They have a fantastic selection (too much in fact making choices hard). Miranda was so helpful. When I explained how stressful having my house torn up was she said she would do what she could to speed up the installation which I appreciated. Within a few days she called to say they could get right to it. The crew they sent was professional, polite, and oh so nice. They worked so hard and fast and did an excellent job with everything. They left my house clean at the end of the day. They were prompt and thorough. I am sooooo happy with the floor, the workers, Miranda and Manor. "Mike Moniz has such a great attitude and truly wants to give you the result that you want. We were going to replace our carpet and vinyl downstairs with a quick grind and seal to the existing concrete floor underneath. However, it wasn't in great shape, so we had to shift gears and do a concrete overlay that was then stained and sealed. This is his business alone and deeply cares about the result and making the customer happy. Definitely recommend!"
