"Five stars across the board. Responsive, informative, punctual, fairly priced. Used them for a modest project removing and replacing some boards in a brand new wood floor that got some water damage and it is impossible to tell which ones were replaced. Fantastic job. Avoid steam cleaning unsealed hardwood, vinyl, and laminate floors unless the manufacturer explicitly states that a steam mop can be used.

Using too much soap or floor cleaner can leave your laminate floors looking dirty or cloudy after mopping. Only use a teaspoon of soap or cleaning solution in a gallon of water.
