We didn't have to completely sand down & restain like all others wanted to do, we just wanted a clean, shinny surface. It also need to be done quickly because the VA was installing a Chair Lift. The Stairs came out great after we got the correct shine on them. They stayed within their original estimate and even touched up the paint where they needed to and after 101 Mobility scratched the kick areas up. I totally recommend them."
