The rate quoted to me for the service was the most competitive that I had found. In addition to that, he had a 5% discount promotion going on for Angies List members. On the scheduled day, the professional who arrived (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) was very nice and helpful. We were still in the process of moving some of the furniture around and he did not mind that. There was a decently big sized rug that he cleaned for us for free. And when I told him that I had allergies, he went to extent of moving a few things to hit areas under large furniture such as beds etc. At the end of it all, I was quite pleased with the results. Great service, quality results and at a very nice price."

So, I decided to just have vinyl plank flooring put in in the bathroom instead. This was then scheduled for Friday, April 9th, 2021. When they showed up to do this work, they once again didn't have enough plank flooring, so the work had to be postponed until Wednesday, April 14th."
