We opted to use tile that looked like wood on the 1st floor - house is just under 3,000 sq ft. My sister and neighbor did the same with tile due to their dogs. Miranda is the manager/owner along with Manor and she walked us thru everything, time frames, etc. Two crews - one for carpet and one for tile.
