We specialize and excel at improving and beautifying your garage floors. Whether it is residential or commercial, we apply your floor with marine grade epoxy, granite looking flake and clear coating. It looks professional and can be done in standard or fun colors. We can even put a logo, college motto, your company, family crest etc. in the floor paint. It will not come up and won't get stained or have problems with car oil and can be easily swept or hosed off. Very clean finish and beautiful. If you love to have a clean, tidy, garage floor or if you have toys or automobiles to show off, if you have BBQ parties or want to improve your man cave and keep the Mrs happy, we can come take care of your garage floors. Just realized I never wrote a review for this work done in July 2015. Mark did an AWESOME job and 20 months later it still looks brand new. He did an especially good job with the "flakes", it looks really good (sadly, its the nicest floor in the house, lol). Since the floor went in I've had a number of other contractors in the house and they all compliment the floor. Even the ones who do epoxy floors themselves say its one of the best they've seen.

The provider completely changed the look of my garage. It was horroble, and it took him A LOT of work. A normal job for him takes 5 hours with a garage my size. He was there for 10 hours busting but to get the floor perfect. He charges a standard flat rate per sqft so it didnt cost me anymore for the almost double time it took to perform the job. Mark was a stand up ol' boy. I was in the process of moving in and he was left alone at my house for most of the day. He masked off all seems to the inside from the garage to keep any dust from inside. The little things like that which show respect I love. Mark didnt take a penny until the work was completed when he came back for the finale clear coat. Im keeping his number for any future businesses and have already had half a dozen people take his name for their projects.

I sent a request through his website asking for an estimate to resurface my garage floor. Mark called the next day and quoted my a price of $3 per square foot. he was able to schedule the work to begin the next Monday. Mark arrived at the scheduled time and began work that day. He completed the first day's work in about 5 hours and told me that he would be back the next day to apply a clear coat finish. He completed the clear coat the next day in about an hour and the job was finished. He gave me instructions for allowing the surface to dry and clean and care for the future. I have moved my storage items back into the garage and the epoxy flooring is great.

I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to resurface their garage.

Mark was always courteous on the phone and in person.  He was prompt and flexible in determining when the work could be performed.  He transformed a terribly stained and ugly garage into a thing of beauty.  Quality of the work was outstanding and the price is very fair for the amount of labor that went into the prep work.  My garage needed to be completely ground down which requires skill to make uniform and smooth.  Couldn't be happier with the end result.

Fantastic!  I could not be happier with my floor or with the service Mark provided. Mark is a straight shooter and knows epoxy flooring well.  He came when he said he would come, performed the work he said he would do, and finished when he said he would.  I called around to a number of businesses before ultimately deciding on Mark and I am so glad that I did.  Very professional.  Loved his work so much that we will be using him again to do out patio.

We are very pleased with the work that Mark performed.  He overnighted us the color samples so we could make a choice on the floor color.  The results look just like the sample!  He was timely and did a great job at a great price!  We highly recommend Mark Harrington.

Mark did a great job on our 2 car garage floor.  He always responded quickly by phone and text and showed up at the promised times.  The cost was $3/sq ft which came out to $1300 for our garage.  When it was complete I asked him if he could come back to apply additional clear coat to make it a little smoother/shiner.  He came back and did it the next day and just charged for the additional materials ($100).  The finished result looks great and really improves the look of the garage.  I'll definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an epoxy garage floor.

I would highly recommend Mark!  We talked over the phone, he sent color samples, and he turned out a beautiful product!  Mark charged a flat rate fee and there were no games about the cost.  He followed through with dates and availability and made it all happen as we moved into our new home.  Mark is great to work with!

Would highly recommend Mark, by far one of the easiest and most professional service providers I have worked with. Very responsive on the phone or text message, punctual and explains the project clearly and there were no surprises.

Mark will overnight sample flooring colors for you to choose from and scheduling was as easy as one phone call.

Mark was really great. He was very responsive in our planning phase. During the work he was very informative...he helped us understand some of the likely reasons behind the irregular surface in our garage. Explained how he would adjust his approach accordingly. He was very clear on what we should, or should not do, following the application of the epoxy and sealant. I would highlyrecommend Mark to others. Use him!!

We were very pleased with the work.  Mark gave a quote over the phone that was very accurate when he and his crew showed up to do the work.  Since one of his crew was nearby when I called him, he was able to have him run color samples over for us to look at.  Once we chose the color, the work was scheduled.  Mark and crew were very prompt, very professional and left the area very clean.  The total charge included $500 for the sanding of the old paint.  We were given a 5 year warranty against product defect and hot tire lift.  The garage floor looks fabulous!
