Staff provided notice before their arrival. They worked professionally and efficiently. The carpet looks like new and we are very happy with the results. We would use them again.

Great! Due to my type of carpet when I moved out I had all these furniture indentations. To make the carpet look as good as possible to ready it for sale I contacted numerous vendors on here for advice. Most said steam cleaning would help however when I spoke to De'Andra he said he had a special tool that could do a better job than steam cleaning itself and it did! Magic Touch came to the rescue! He arrived promptly and even arranged his schedule to meet mine since I was driving in from Fort Worth on a Saturday. Just posting this now because I did close on my home this week and been so busy since the service. Thank you Magic Touch!

The technician arrived on time and went about his work quickly after pretreating certain areas where we had spots and in high traffic areas. The carpet is much cleaner and looks much better than it did prior to the cleaning.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and the carpets looked great.

I contacted Byron to schedule on a Thursday, wishing they would be able to come out the next day, but not optimistic about it because it was so soon. Byron contacted me on Friday morning and said they could come out that afternoon. :-)  The two-man crew called 30 minutes before arrival, I showed them the areas to be cleaned, and they started working quickly and professionally.  They were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job!  I will definitely call them again.

They contacted me right away, showed up a little early, cleaned everything as well as moved some furniture from the areas. It took about 45 minutes and looked great afterward. Week later and stains have not popped up again, still looks great.

From start to finish I was very pleased with the service.  I received a response within 24 hours regarding my online request for a quote for service and from there regular communication, without much delay, through which we set up a time to have the service done.  I was under a time crunch and there was little wait time (could have had it done within a day).  On the day of, Bernie arrived on time and was very pleasant, helpful and professional.  The carpets he cleaned and the chairs were really dirty, but they looked great when he was done!  Thank you for your prompt and professional service.  I would call them again in a miinute!

The vendor was very responsive to my emails and calls. He was patient as I rescheduled the appointment multiple times. He was friendly and professional when he arrived, although I believe he had to call and let us know that he was running a little behind.
The carpets all looked much better, and a lot of smaller stains that we hadn't been able to remove with our carpet cleaner came up. My only complaint would be that we talked to him about the fact that the carpets probably smelled like our old dog who had passed away a few months before and spent most of his time in those rooms. Much of the surface grime and stains were removed, but a big pet stain in one room didn't look much better and two of the rooms still smell like old dog. We did ask him not to use chemicals except on stains, so that might have something to do with it. And the odor was more pronounced after he did the cleaning, possibly because it came up from below. He may not have realized how much of a problem it was. We're trying some deodorizing attempts on our own.
For general cleaning, I would definitely use him again, but for very dirty or smelly carpets, I might find somebody else.

Work was originally scheduled with the owner for Tuesday, August 5th. I was called about an hour before the scheduled appointment and informed that the work would have to be postponed due to equipment problems. A technician came out the following Saturday and worked very h****** my carpets, which had numerous pet stains and were otherwise very dirty. When the work was completed the pet stains still remained, but were significantly lighter.  There was some added work done in other areas due to the inconvenience of the missed appointment. Overall, I think the work done was about as good as could be expected, given the condition of my carpet. The technician was very courteous, professional and diligent in his work.
