They stopped communicating with me when I asked that they remove their charge of $100 and they said that it was their policy to make the charge. I think this is a bad business practice, although it is their policy. So that is why I am not going to give them my business again. They can keep my $100, which I think is a punitive charge, but they will not get any more of my business."
